Rockwall Shuttle Policies & Fares
We comply with the City of Dallas Transportation-For-Hire Ordinance, Chapter 47A.
Fares
Fares are based on the trip from the point of origin to the final destination and vary according to the time of day. A $25.00 surcharge is added from 10pm to 6am.
DFW Base Fare
The base fare from Central Rockwall to DFW is $142.00 each direction. Other pickup points are priced from the base fare, plus or minus.
Wait Time
Wait time is calculated at $75.00 per hour, in 15-minute segments.
Zero Tolerance
The Shuttle has a Zero Tolerance policy for all intoxicating substances. Drivers are forbidden to use intoxicating substances prior to, and during, an engagement.

Accessibility
The Shuttle is not wheelchair accessible. Folding wheelchairs can be accommodated. All our vehicles are Toyota or Honda minivans with ample room for luggage and one folding wheelchair.
