Terms of Service
The Shuttle (RockwallShuttle.com), a DBA of Ambler Associates Inc. Effective date: October 2026.
These Terms of Service apply when you use RockwallShuttle.com, submit our booking form or driver application, or ride with The Shuttle, a DBA of Ambler Associates Inc. ("The Shuttle," "we," "us"). By booking or riding with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and confirmation
Submitting the online booking form is a ride request, not a confirmed reservation. Your ride is confirmed when we call, text or email you to confirm the pickup time, locations and fare. Reservations are recommended; call or text 469-434-9047 or 214-502-7816.
Fares and charges
Fares are based on the trip from the point of origin to the final destination and vary by time of day. The base fare from central Rockwall to DFW Airport is $142.00 each direction; other pickup points are priced up or down from that base. A $25.00 surcharge applies from 10pm to 6am. Wait time is $75.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute segments. The Wednesday Special (20% off all rides every Wednesday) applies to rides taken on Wednesdays. See our Policies & Fares.
Changes and cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Call or text us to change or cancel a ride.
Passengers and conduct
Each vehicle carries 1 to 6 passengers. Our minivans are not wheelchair accessible, but we can carry one folding wheelchair along with your luggage. The Shuttle has a Zero Tolerance policy for intoxicating substances, and our drivers may decline or end a ride when safety requires it.

If you consent on our forms, we may text you about your ride or application. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.
Website use
The content on this website is provided for general information. Fares and services may change; the fare we confirm with you for your ride is the fare that applies.
